T-26(News Papers) 
The [T-26] newspaper” series was created to promote the company and introduce the foundry to new customers, as well as promote the new font releases. Each month, a new paper is designed and mailed throughout the United States. We also produce special editions for our overseas distributors. 
This campaign was originally launched thru a special limited edition boxset newspaper produced for the ATYPi conference in Reading England. It was such a hit that we decided to continue it. (This piece was not submitted to the competition because it is more than one year old, but I will send you photos of it on the CD in case y0u want to refer to it.)

Carlos Segura
Born in Cuba, and came to the United States in 1965 when he was nine. Grew up in Miami, and at a very early age (12) got into a band as their drummer. Remained there until nineteen. One of his responsibilities was promotions, and when he left, threw some job as a production artist and work for agency moved to Chicagoin 1980. In 1991, started Segura Inc to pursue design, with the goal of trying to blend as much gfine arth into gcommercial arth as he could. In 1994, the [T-26] digital type foundry was born to explore the typographical side of the business, and that too has been received with open arms. [T-26] Is now distributed throughout the world. In 1996 we started the independent record label, “THICKFACE” In February of 2000, he founded g5inch.comhHe recently split up Segura Inc into two separate ventures. Segura Inc will deal with print related projects and the new Segura Interactive will focus on the internet and new media, including broadcast.
